Vice President, Operations and Health Plan Management

Stacey provides oversight of Populytics’ operations, compliance, and health plan administration services. She has more than 25 years of experience in health plan management, the majority as the leader of Spectrum Administrators, forerunner to Populytics.

Responsible for administration of employee health plans, ensuring sustainable plan design directed at promoting health, wellness, and productivity, Stacey leads a multi-disciplinary team in ongoing assessment of plan experience, and identification of opportunities to innovate and deploy new strategies for plan enhancement. She also serves as Populytics’ privacy and security officer.

Stacey is a licensed broker of life, accident, health, property & casualty products.  She is a Fellow of both the Academy of Healthcare Management and Society of Insurance Leaders and has been designated a Chartered Insurance Operations Professional, a Chartered Benefit Consultant, holds the National Managed Care Certification and has been Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
